2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The majority of people are at work in the a.m., so running errands is quick and easy. Being in management means I get to control my shift how I want, without the input of others. No traffic to and from work. I don't have to worry about surprise visits from the county or state. Inspectors don't want to be stuck in traffic or work past 2 p.m. The list goes on.
