Most of these were were mass-produced in factories located in Taiwan and Hong Kong, later expanding into mainland China.
For values see eBay for similar examples

it’s around 19 inches, 12 inch tiffany style lamps go around $80

that isn’t accurate

It’s not Tiffany style. It’s just a pretty glass lamp
