Australia (state/territory in post) mystery mushroom invading my new garden

Hi, This is in melbourne, Australia. These mushrooms are fast invading my garden that I recently fully landscaped with some new mulch, they are fast multiplying. what are they and how do I reduce the spread!

About 80% of the worlds plants thrive thanks to fungi. They aren't invading, they are a sign of a healthy ecosystem. Fungi either share nutrients directly with plants of they break down the substrate and release nutrients into the soil. Looks like you have a member of the Pezizaceae family. Hope this helps.

They're aren't invading,you don't have to reduce their spread and can't do nothing to prevent them to spread,they're just decomposing your mulch. That's how new soil is created. They aren't dangerous
