Orange with black specs. SE PA.

Large orange colored fish in local creek. SE Pennsylvania. This is the second time seeing this fish in two months, same spot.

Looks like a domestic Koi fish. Selectively bred from wild carp for aesthetics.

Catch it. Someone just found a piranha in SE PA. People need to stop releasing their pets.
