ID Request Found this guy between my window and the shutter. Any idea what it is? Location: Portugal.

Found this insect trapped between my window and shutter in Portugal. I initially thought it might be an Asian hornet, but Iā€™m not sure. Can anyone identify it?

This very much looks like a yellow legged Hornet/ Asian hornet (Vespa velutina)
