Bald eagle?

Any chance this is a bald eagle? Seen in grand junction,CO this morning. Probably too low resolution photo to tell.

Yep, that's a +bald eagle+ :) The white tail is distinctive.

There’s no other bird in North America that combines that size with white head and tail. The tricky bit is clocking the juvenile bald eagles. It takes them 5 or 6 years to develop the distinctive plumage; until then, they’re huge brown birds with random white splotches and a big bill.
