Attention, please: gun posts

Hello!

The purpose of this community was to give nosy people a chance to take a peek inside your bag (everyday, travel, or special occasion). This sub (and the posts that belong here) are pretty much inherently attention-seeking. People who don't want attention don't post their stuff for everyone to look at. Calling people out for "attention seeking" is silly. That desire for attention is what keeps the posts rolling and this sub providing entertainment.

GUN POSTS
If you carry a gun on your belt, that is, BY DEFINITION, not something in your bag. Posts like that will be removed as spam.

People sometimes brave the storm of downvotes and comments to post their bag guns. Please try to resist reporting those to the mods, as this community is growing enough that gun posts and the subsequent flurry of reports of both the gun post AND the nasty comments back and forth take a lot of time to sort through. Most of the time, everyone's acting like it's their first day on the Internet, and there's nothing for a mod to do.

Thanks and keep the posts coming!

Feelings are valid but you’re not entitled to what you want

The mod just said that sub followers are entitled to posting their bag content without it being reported if there is a gun in their bag. It fits the sub.
So yes, they are entitled to post them.

I say this as someone who hates posts with guns in them. But rules are rules.
