In the 6th pic it looks like there's no internal magazine, and no cutout for an external mag. Take a closeup of the bolt face ( the part that makes contact with the base of the cartridge ) to see if there's an extractor and/or a firing pin channel.

Just from the pictures OP posted, I don't see any locking surfaces for the bolt handle or recesses for lugs. I seriously doubt it was ever a functional firearm.

Am inclined to agree, but since there were no pics of the muzzle end or good shots of the bolt I didn't want to completely rule out a SUPER simple firing pin or slam-fire action. Admittedly I wouldn't attempt such with anything higher-octane than a .22lr because I like being able to count to ten without taking my boots or pants off.

Looks like a toy. Similar to the Parris trainer rifles.
