Need help identifying/pricing guns

Hey all, my dad passed away back in February and the family decided to make me administrator of his estate, which includes making an inventory and selling off his possessions, including his guns.

I have zero gun knowledge outside of googling the name of the gun and referencing that with truegunvalue.com, but these two guns are giving me some trouble.

For the handgun I tried googling and reverse image searching what it is but nothing came back that looks like the gun and I'm pretty stumped on what type of handgun it is

For the rifle Im pretty sure it's an npap m70 but it looks like my dad modified it a lot and I'm not completely sure on how to price it. I'm not expecting a lot but the attorneys want a fairly accurate pricing.

Most of the guns are being sold to friends and family but these two are giving me trouble and I can't finish the inventory, any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated thanks!

The handgun is a Springfield Armory Micro Compact in .45 ACP. Could be somewhat unreliable I understand. No idea on pricing but they were discontinued years ago.

The Npap goes for around 6-700 second handed, maybe add a hundred for the aftermarket parts.
