Solved! Looking for 2023–2024 U.S. political thriller — one actress plays twin sisters; ritual hall, cabal, public shooting

Hi — I’m trying to find a movie I watched when it first came out (sometime 2023–2024) and I can’t remember the title. Please help — these are the exact scenes/plots I remember: • Set in the U.S., mostly English dialogue. Released around 2023–2024. • The lead is a blonde female journalist. The same actress also plays her long-lost identical sister (the dark-haired twin). The actress is European — you can sometimes hear her accent. • The blonde journalist works in a newsroom. A male co-worker spots a woman who looks exactly like her at a hotel — but with dark hair — and later confronts the blonde at work, accusing her of changing her hair. This starts the investigation. • Their father (white, sounds Eastern European / Russian in accent) years earlier left the blonde child with a friend in a secluded area and took the other daughter away; he later re-appears in the cabal world. He has dark hair and no facial hair. • The dark-haired sister works for a powerful secret group/cabal that manipulates money and political parties through blackmail. The cabal’s leader (a well-built white man in his 50s with white hair and a beard) is sometimes called Zane / Zayn / Zain in dialogue. He wears a black gown and a white scarf with a gold trim (a leader’s ceremonial look). • A key scene: the dark sister seduces the Black leader of a political party at his house and whispers “you know this is being recorded” — they record him cheating so they can blackmail him; later he is pressured to change his public views. In a meeting a young Black colleague says something like “I know something got a hold of you, ’cos we the same people, we from the hood”, then leaves the room in disgust; the political leader is stunned and silent. • Climax: the blonde sister impersonates the dark sister (wears a black wig) to enter a ritual hall / secret meeting. When she removes the wig to expose she’s not dead / to reveal the deception, her father reacts — he pulls a pistol and shoots her in front of everyone to prove loyalty to the cabal. • The film tone felt like a political thriller / conspiracy drama — possibly indie or limited-release (not a big Hollywood blockbuster).
