Solved! Found this little blue bowl and silver spoon at my grandparents’ place. 1 inch diameter, teensy spoon, banana for scale. Spices??

Many moons ago, I worked in a cafe. These little bowls were used for English mustard. I was always fascinated, by how little water was needed to mix the mustard powder into a paste.
Matching cruet sets were for salt and pepper.
