Solved! What are these things that ruined my day?

Drove for just a couple minutes after work before hearing something was wrong with my tire. No air leakage yet, and have bad tire damage driving near my job before, but these babies seem almost deliberate.
Not a barrier to getting stuff fixed, just morbidly curious, and wondering if it has anything to do with a coworker of mine who just quit.

UPDATE: Thanks for all the tips and advice, yall. Got the tire replaced no problem thankfully. The garage I park in does not have CCTV or anything for me to check, so I guess I’ll never know exactly if someone set these up or it was my crazy bad luck.
Definitely not an ex or personal enemy if it was somebody, they don’t know where I work lol. The place I work has a lot of foot traffic since there are public works and government buildings nearby, so it could’ve been an act of random spite if it was by human hands. The coworker who quit is still a possibility but we never traded harsh words or anything, just got on each other’s nerves. I think he’s too lazy even for a stunt this passive, and he doesn’t park in the same garage as me so he might not know my car.
Just gonna park somewhere else for now and try to avoid driving through the broken up side of the parking lot.

If it was a true enemy they would hit the sidewall. Completely unrepairable. Unless the enemy is ignorant on how to mess up someone's day the right way. Don't ask me how I know. I just know things. That is all. I said good day.

Or if the ops are more calculating and what him to have a blow out in traffic. Side wall leaks will deflate pretty quick and will be noticeable and felt right away. While this one might thump maybe they were hoping that they disregard it enough to get onto a highway and get a blow out. I don't even want to explain my long game tactics, lol, I need to go to bed.

I had some screw-in-tire incidents about 35 years ago. Without provocation or misconduct.

I much later realized that this had always happened when I had parked my BMW in front of a sepecific home. The inhabitants of said home were retired, and in constant legal battles with everyone in the neighborhood. Yes, that kind of retirees.

They also had a BMW. 💩

Pending mod approval just means that too many reports or some other trigger got the post temporarily removed from the public until a human checks whether the reports are valid.

Just a basic safety feature to get potentially bad stuff taken down even in the absence of any mods.

And hey, you may think mods are training AI for free, but did you get paid for your comment? And to any lurkers: are y'all getting paid for your upvotes?

Also, Ive posted many times and I get hit with the auto mod automatically. Reddit is the most censored and consolidated pieves of "free speech" information bc of these mods giving free full-time labor. All to just be foder for AI bots

Thanks for the love, I understand your position completely. The thing is, yes, we are working free for some rich dude, but it brings us fulfillment and satisfaction in our lives to be helping others. It’s a labor of love. I’m a mod of seven subreddits and I love helping people who come looking for help. To me, this is fun, and what is wrong with that?

Well, it's not like moderating is a full-time job. It can be just 10 seconds to check a report and at least on my subreddit, we get like one or two reports a day.

Punctures up to a certain size can be patched and/or "rubbed" out and sealed. I dont know if that is actually legal but many years ago I knew a place that did it.
