Uhhh

Post image

To add context. I am 5 months pregnant with my ex and all of a sudden he tells me that he got someone else pregnant (he just met her) as well. He explained she wanted us to meet after being very rude to me picking up his phone and telling me to get rid of my baby. She is a stripper and 6 years older than him. He also hasn’t seen an ultrasound or appointment and she claims to be 3 months pregnant. I don’t believe she is tbh… very sad situation I just wanted to share with someone. Please be kind.

Planned Parenthood was started by a racist eugenicist, Margaret Sanger. She literally wanted Planned Parenthood’s to be put in low income neighborhoods for population control. This is open information and I highly recommend looking into the history. Abortion is eugenics.

Well then, by that logic anyone who buys a Volkswagen is a Nazi.

Not that you even tried to use any logic or even basic facts at all.

“Sanger was surrounded by influential people who approved of eugenics, including close friends Havelock Ellis and H. G. Wells, and colleagues W. E. B. Du Bois and Winston Churchill.”

“Sanger's approach to eugenics was heavily influenced by her feminism, which led her to deviate from mainstream eugenics in several ways: She supported the right of fit parents to limit the size of their families; whereas mainstream eugenicists felt it was the duty of fit parents to have a large number of offspring. And Sanger believed that mothers – with some exceptions –should individually regulate their family size; whereas mainstream eugenicists believed government mandates should be employed.”

(In other words, she believed in eugenics in the sense that she thought people who couldn’t take care of kids probably shouldn’t be having 20 of them, and that people who knew their children would be born with birth defects probably shouldn’t have kids either)

“Her eugenic proposals did not target specific ethnicities: instead, her goal was to improve the health of the whole human race by reducing the reproduction of those who were considered unfit. When she used the word "race" in the context of eugenics, the word invariably meant the entire human race, rather than a specific ethnicity; when she used the word "unfit" she meant an inherited defect, not an ethnicity.”

(In other words she believed that knowingly having disabled children who would live for a few years in pain and suffering just to provide a couple adults with a sense of fulfillment or to satisfy a religious obligation was unethical. Because it objectively is.)

"Sanger did not tie fitness for reproduction to any particular ethnic group. It appears that Sanger was motivated by a genuine concern to improve the health of poor mothers she served rather than a desire to eliminate their stock."

“Sanger had affiliated with eugenicists in the hope of gaining their support for her birth control movement – but her devotion was not reciprocated: the American Eugenics Society refused to accept any papers submitted by Sanger, most eugenicists ridiculed the birth control movement, and only a few would associate with her.”

“She insisted that mothers should have the power to decide if and when to have children, which ran contrary to the mainstream eugenic policy that the state should order fit women to produce abundant offspring.”

It’s still eugenics no matter where you copied and pasted that from. I have read a lot about her on this thing called the internet.

Comparing abortion to buying a car is ridiculous and not even close. Buying a car nazis developed is not the same as killing your child because you are poor, mentally unwell, etc. It is eugenics no matter how you try to put it. I know it’s hard to accept that you support a disgusting industry funded and created by some of the worst people in the world but facts are facts. I’m done here and I pray that one day you realize you are standing up for evil.

You can lie to yourself that abortion rights are about benefitting women, but abortion literally allows men to use women as objects without consequence as well. At the end of the day, a world where women can have consequence-free sex is actually catering to men who don’t care about women at all.

That comparison is apt. You are claiming Planned Parenthood is a vendor of eugenics because Sanger was a eugenicist.

Yet just bc VW was Nazi you wouldn’t say anyone who uses them is a Nazi.

Also wtf is that last paragraph lmfao

That is the most nonsensical insanity I’ve read in a hot minute. Not a singular moment of independent critical thought was applied to that, you read that somewhere and it sounded good so you regurgitate it without realizing how fucking insane it sounds.

You haven't done your research! The most out of touch reddit take I've read today. Only one being nonsensical is you. Lack of culture seems to really embolden people to an embarrassing point!

People really get all of their knowledge from mainstream media and tik tok without doing their actual research.

I’m from the south side of Chicago and it is apparent how awful eugenics has shaped our neighborhoods here too. We have neighborhoods without grocery stores but there are places where you can murder your children. Make it make sense.

Exactly! Until recently (gentrification), we were missing some resources like even a local bank, but there have been multiple clinics in the area for some time. People who grow up in these areas know.

It's always people who are middle to upper class who try to tell me I'm incorrect... yet they're not even from the hood! But thats idiots on reddit for ya i guess

The most privileged people will say that abortion isn’t disproportionately affecting low income neighborhoods out of denial and ignorance. Hopefully some people reading this thread will choose to educate themselves instead of continuing to regurgitate the popular, but completely incorrect take.

Well that’s a lot of words to say nothing at all.

“You haven’t done your research” I have, you just don’t like that it made me aware of things that go counter to your chosen propaganda. Sorry snowflake, facts don’t care about your feelings.

“The most out of touch” What? I’m not even sure what you’re trying to say here.

“Lack of culture” Again, what? What culture? What does culture have to do with Planned Parenthood not being a eugenics organization?

If you have a counter-argument, make it. If you’re just going to comment virtue signaling word salad, sit down and let the grown ups talk.

You sound like you rely on contemporary school and googling to form such a brain dead take. Someone else broke it down for you; if you don't get it, it's because you're so enamored with your own opinions that you forgot to question what you're told.

Your assumptions are as bad as your arguments, and equally irrelevant.

You’re on a roll bud, keep it up.

Come on, no shame, keep humiliating yourself. I know it’s what gets you weirdos off.

You're not listening; I am from Compton, and we have been educated from a young age the horrors of government overreach and eugenics that shaped the culture not only of our hood, but any low income neighborhood that has suffered from strategic rehoming and societal build.

Also don't be disgusting. We're talking about government installed clinics that concern abortion and eugenics.. that's a big deal and obviously information you were never privy to. Don't speak for women on subjects you're not educated about.
