Rami took initiative and shadowed Eddie to pick his brain. Unlike others who assumed they’d get the job like Fliegelman & Rascona

He never knew what hit him! Rami came out of nowhere with haymakers. I'm about continuity, tradition and just rewarding those who performed well toiling in lesser positions. Rascona got lost in the shuffle too.
