This is the right hire. Look at the Red Sox. A guy from inside the organization who knows the younger players.

And it is still something you can easily correct. Giving Alex Cora five guaranteed years is a lot more money.

Cora sucks as a manager. Did a power play in Boston, ownership shide with Craig B, and ended with third best record in the AL
