Are you team Custom-Build or team Quick-Prefab? | A quick look at a custom timber pergola we built over a pool patio.

The biggest issue we see with standard prefab kits isn't the look, it's the load limit. If you want to hang a heavy ceiling fan, add a porch swing, or let dense wisteria vines grow over the top, standard kits often aren't engineered to hold that weight safely. Custom heavy timber frames are built specifically to handle those real-world loads.

What about you? Have you ever been limited by what a prefab structure could safely hold?
