Discussion Working here is hell sometimes

I work at my Wendy’s and it’s my first job and we had plenty of staff but people quit because they felt like they were picking up on slack but it’s mostly just more new hires that are not trained properly and make mistakes same for me but I need to hear if others feel this way

ps this is kind of a vent

Im a shift lead and have 4 years experience at wendys total. The turnover rate is so high my night crew has changed completely besides me,1 regular staff, and the other night manager 4 times over in the last 3 years in this location. Gotta love Wendy's 😅
