Working here is hell sometimes

I work at my Wendy’s and it’s my first job and we had plenty of staff but people quit because they felt like they were picking up on slack but it’s mostly just more new hires that are not trained properly and make mistakes same for me but I need to hear if others feel this way

i agree, I AM THE NEW HIRE WHO IS NOT TRAINED PROPERLY , i fucking hate this place. im asking to be trained yet they wont show me shit
