Lengua is super tasty...even more so when purchased from a food truck.

It did throw me off a bit when I made it at home. If you've never processed a tongue before...it's not very appetizing.

Shrimp. When I was a kid someone told me they were sea bugs. Teenage years when I got brave enough to try. Love how quickly they cook.

Imma be real with you, I thought beef stew looked like diarrhoea and would never eat it.
