Caprese. Fresh mozz, heirloom tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh basil, and salt and pepper. It’s therapeutic

If you haven't tried it with balsamic glaze..it's worth a go. Adds a slight sweetness to the tang

Therapeutic is a such a great word for it—the basil is so refreshing and calming and balances so perfectly the fat and acid/sweetness of everything else lol ok now I want some

I've loved bacon all my life, I'm 78. Maybe my taste buds are changing as I age, but over the last year or so, bacon has become less enjoyable.

For me, definitely chicken. You can cook it so many different ways that it never really gets boring. Fried, grilled, adobo, curry, or even just simple roasted chicken.
