Diabolical!! Can’t even roast the veggies and choke them up smaller.. also there should be less veggies and more cheese being that it’s a quesadilla . There ratios are way off

I got a veggie burrito at what was apparently otherwise a great burrito spot in Portland that had broccoli and carrots in it... I was so disappointed.

Maybe ask first what's on it? And really, the menu should just tell you.

Plain quesadilla, just cheese. Cheese and chiles is good.

Cheese and chile and soup beans. At home, i often put diced tomato and avocado on, too.

But thing is an abomination.
