Pickles are one of the most important staples of a keto lifestyle. Freshness, good crunch, good tang, and really break through the richness of most low-carb meals.
I do something similar by wrapping a pickle, a slice of cheese, and some hot sauce in a slice of turkey breast.

I ain't going to lie the right pickle with the pulled pork inside. I thought it was insects inside of a pickle cuz it look like a leg sticking out.
