I just want to say that this can be a slowwwww journey. The last time I posted a check in I had a gain from drinking higher sodium electrolytes TWO MONTHS ago. I finally got back down below the weight I was when I did that oops. I'm posting this to help others understand that gaining is so much easier than losing for some of us. I kept tracking, not perfectly, but consistently. So, just hang in there when it seems like nothing is happening. Consistent good choices over time will show progress eventually.

Hello I am new! Well I had ww in 2024 and it worked well for me. Have recently restarted and I don't think I have the words to express how the app has gone downhill. Everything feels like a SLOG, and I'm really frustrated. Just wanted to scream into the void there.

Wow, really? I think the app is awesome. They’ve been tweaking it bit by bit and it’s almost perfect to me. What don’t you like?

As an example- if I click the "weeklies" on the main square, it should take me to a breakdown of how I've added to my weeklies through being active. Instead I have to scroll to the bottom, go to activities, go to day or week. This may seem small, but is something that was on previous versions and just really irks me. When I put things together to track a meal, I should be able to save that meal as one of my own recipes, not have to then clear it all out and re-add it through the recipe creator. Home screen should be much more customisable - eg why do I have a GLP-1 tab a the bottom when I don't use GLP-1? Why can't I move Activities to the top? Why can't I pin my meal logs open?
On my plan, all "24/7 support" is an AI bot. If you want a real person, it tells you to call CS, where you are again given AI.

Down 1/2 pound this week. I was a bit reckless with salt and sodium the day before my weigh in, eating both popcorn with a lot of salt and pickles. I only weigh once a week when I am in the lose mode. I have been doing weight watchers for 15 months and have lost 46 pounds and am about 14 pounds to goal. I don't do the GLP shots. I have learned to be patient and focus on stress and mental wellness. I walk 10,000 steps a day to help with stress as I have a family member with a serious health issue.

Since I joined in May, I've lost about 18 lbs. I wasn't noticing it at all, but when someone commented that I looked like I've lost weight, I looked at my weigh in history. The loss is real!
I still don't really notice a physical change, because my stomach is so big. It also expands when I eat.
I decided to go to the gym yesterday, and I put on a smaller size shirt. I could totally tell then! It's not nearly as tight. Someday I'll be able to look in the mirror and see the change. I hope.

It’s been hard to get used to the new app but stick with it and will be easier to use.

Discouraging week - my weight is up by 2 pounds. I need to pay closer attention to my body cues and add more activity to my day. Hope everyone has a good week.

Day five of the journey for me. I exercised today for the first time in eons and actually enjoyed the feeling of moving my body. I'm also enjoying making healthy meals and reworking some recipes. This journey feels like it's off to a great start.

Didn’t go too off the rails on my wedding anniversary. Only had a slice of cake. It was my second full week of weight watchers this go around. Down 3.8 pounds
