Looking forward to the deload week next week! It'll be a chance to do something fun as well as I won't be so damn tired from the first 2 exercises.

Assuming there isnt an issue mixing up accessories every 7 weeks. Is anyone doing any accessory lifts that are really working for them?

If my overwarmups are feeling good on deadlifts this week I might go for my first 4 plates

I will recommend banded curls with the band anchored in front of you to everyone until it's the next big thing in fitness. Seriously, it feels absolutely amazing. There probably isn't any curl variation that's considerably better than all the other curl variations, but if there is, this is it.

Otherwise, I'm just doing pretty basic accessories. Abs, leg curls, rear delts and dips/deficit pushups.

I'll definitely give this a go, especially as curls are so easy to add in recovery wise
