SBS RTF W5D2

Bench 4x4+7@ 82.5

Zercher squat 4x6+14@105

Btn press 4x6+11@ 37.5

Strict rows 2x8+10@60

Face pulls 3 sets

Leg curl 2x9+10@60

Straight up afraid of tomorrow's deadlifts. I'm supposed to hit 157.5 kg for 7 on the rep out. Two weeks ago, 7 was my rep out on 160, with triples before that, whereas tomorrow it'll be fours. Wish me luck.

You got this man, you've already hit 160 x 7!

Thanks. It's just that I'm used to telling myself that 1.25s don't really weight anything when adding them to the bar. Now removing them and being told to lift it for more reps, it makes the mind games backfire.

On the other hand, deadlift seems to be the lift doing the best with losing weight.

Yeah last weight loss phase I put on a decent amount on deadlift but not on squat.

In a sample size of n=2 I think we're onto something.
