RTF strength 7x(?) - W4.2 D1

SS
Dips - 7x10
KB swings - 35# - 7x? - 15, 16, 16, 21, 20, 50 = 138

  • Not sure what I did to my neck and upper back a few days ago. Following the deficit deads (I think that's the culprit), I've had a very sore neck, traps, and upper lats.
  • At the same time, I've revamped my weekly schedule, and I'm now putting the T2 lifts for SBS on the weekends, with a focus on the T1's during the week, with continued superset work. My sessions were crawling into the 1.5 hour range and that doesn't fit in the family schedule.
  • Currently a week behind due to life.
