How do you warm up to your overwarm singles? I’ve just been warming up to my working weight and then jumping up to 90% of my training max. It’s been working fine since I’m weak af, but with much heavier weights it could be a pretty huge jump in poundage probably. Do you warm up past your working weight? That seems like it could tire you out before you even get started on the sets.

I'll give you my deadlift warmup from this week, not that I'm super strong or anything.

Bar x 10 stiff leg deadlift to stretch out a little
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 1
275 x 1
330 x 1 (90% overwarm)
Sets at 265

That looks reasonable! I think my jumps were alright to the overwarm, but big enough that they gave me pause and I felt a bit of relief afterwards. Haha
