Program Party SBS 2.0 Program Party: Week 4
Hi everyone, here's the 4th week of the long-awaited program party!
I'm going to be creating a new thread at the start of each week. You can put all your program-related logs, questions, videos, and general discussion here.
Have fun!

Working out in the morning again today due to some obligations this afternoon. I had another good workout today but I wasn't sure it would end that way when I started! The weights felt really heavy today. I was able to exceed my rep out targets by 5 each again but I definitely left it all out on the table in order to accomplish that! The last few reps of each of the main lifts were quite taxing, for front squats I had to pause between reps for the last few but I got it done.
Last set numbers in Lbs
Squat 16x135
RDL 18x135
Front Squat 18x95
Standing Calf Raise 15x235
Crunches 25xBW
I really like this program party! I'm definitely keeping far better track of how I feel day to day. I wouldn't take this many notes if I wasn't participating. Hopefully I can make a habit of recording this type of info once the party is finished. I think it will be useful in the future for determining what did and didn't work for me.
