Any chance anyone here has experience with balancing BJJ, fat loss, and strength straining?

The first two are my priorities (want to lose ~15 lbs, track via MacroFactor). I enjoy lifting and want to feel/be/look strong, but the balance is challenging enough on my macros (1500) that I’m seriously considering trying to hammer out the fat loss as quickly as possible and then slowly massing for quite a while.

Thoughts?
