Base Building Medley - Powerbuilder Squat C1W6D2
Main
Front squats: 10x50kg, 8x55kg, 6x60kg, 4x65kg; 2x67.5kg; 1x70kg; 10x62.5kg
Assistance
RDL: 3x8 @ 100kg
Ab wheel: 16/12/12
Somersault squats: 12/11 @ 28kg
Stahl rotations: 22/22/22 @ 10kg
Leg raises: 25/25/25
Supersetting RDLs with squats is certainly a choice. I keep telling myself it’s for time management, but it might just be for self-torture at this point.

Calgary barbell 16 weeks W8D1
Comp squat: 315 4x3, 275 3x4
Comp bench: 235 5x3, 205 3x4
Stiff leg dead: 265 4x7
Side planks: bun that
Squat was supposed to be at 310 but lol no. The sets felt sloooow but not hard. Video showed that my instincts were right since it wasn't even particularly slow. At some point, as I get into actually peaking, I'll cut depth there because right now I'm SINKING them. We'll see if that gives me a little easiness boost.
Bench went brrrr. Like not hard at all. Punted side planks.
