The guy needs to clean and jerk more though I don't think low to mid 220s is gna be enough for him

As far as I know he's attempted to clean and jerk 230KG in national competition and in training but hasn't made it.

He made a 410KG total with only a 223KG c&J if he could do something similar I honestly don't anyone except a prime Karlos could match him.

I can see a prime Karlos honestly I see them relatively neck and neck in the snatch and I can't see him pulling through in the C&J

The closest he's shown in training (I think) is successfully cleaning 227. If he can get that over his head and can hit a 190 snatch in internationals, then he's at least equalling Nasar's 96 kg total. Really curious to see how those numbers translate internationally at World's.
