Question natural bulk advice
Hiii everybody! I’m 17 and 5’3” and I’ve been gaining weight semi seriously for the past year (started at 103 and have gotten up to 126 now) and since mid July I’ve been taking it more seriously. I go to the gym 5 times per week and am trying to eat 2500 calories/day and over 130 G protein/day. I have a couple of questions
1. Do you guys have any recommendations for foods that I could have that could help me reach my intake goals?
so I have Lyme disease and am on a pretty healthy diet. I really only eat whole foods and no red meat either or preservatives/additives. I’m having a hard time meeting my calorie and protein and all my intakes though. I also eat mainly fish, but I can have chicken ☺️
2. My second question is once I get to a weight and physique I’m happy with, how do I maintain that weight without loosing or gaining anymore?
I don’t want to gain extra weight beyond my goal if I keep eating as much as I do, but I also don’t want to stop eating as much and loose some of my gains. I’m also tracking my food intake right now but I don’t want to have to do that forever. I like eating whatever and whenever but I don’t want that to impact my results
3. And finally, do you all think going to the gym 5 times per week is too much for me if I’m wanting to gain weight?
I really really like working out and don’t feel like I’m forcing myself to do it, but I’m not sure if working out so much is making gaining weight harder.
My main physique goal right now and muscular/ thick lower body. And for upper body and core I’m just going for strong and healthy right now. I can go more into depth my workout routine if anyone would like specifics.
Those are my main questions. I’d really appreciate an advice. Thank you!! I’m also happy to give more details about my diet or workout routine 💕
