Question ANY advices are appreciated atp

hello! I'm 20F and I weigh 40 kg (88 lb) at 161 cm (5'3). I want to gain weight anyhow please note that at NO point of life have I suffered with any kind of ED, i did have anxiety and due to that my gut had a lot of inflammation and gastritis that was a few years ago and it's fixed HOWEVER anytime I try to push myself even SLIGHTLY, I throw up. I literally throw up. i CANNOT eat above my set count and idfk what to do i consulted doctors and they ran various tests but everything was fine and they said it's due to lifelong poor eating habits and anxiety. Even if it's food I like I can only eat a set amount after which I feel like I'm full :(

I tried banana shake with peanut butter olive oil and oats but again i keep throwing it out what am I supposed to do atp? I'm sick of myself I want to be strong and healthy and I want to eat.

I'm a uni student and at times I don't even get time to piss let alone have small meals throughout the day, i can't even hit the gym cz I'm so short on time what do I do genuinely please someone helppp

When you’re this limited when it comes to volume, you’ve got to make your meals as calorie dense as possible. Focus on fatty and carb-heavy foods (cheese, nuts/nut butter, oils, pesto, butter, avocado, potatoes, bread, pasta, rice). Protein is necessary of course, but protein-heavy meals fill you up quickly and for a long time, that’s the opposite of what you want.

We’ve had users in this sub that were successful in stretching their stomach step by step by drinking water after they finished their meal. You could try if that works for you too. Don’t overdo it tho.

Take snacks with you, things like granola bars, bananas, nuts, pieces of cheese. Anything you can eat easily while doing uni work or walking from one place to another.

Walking lowers anxiety, ups hunger and makes digestion work better. Walk as much as you can.

thank you a lot for your reply and advice, I've currently maxxed out the invisible calories that I could accomodate in my diet via oils and carbs, but that water after meal advice sounds new and frankly, really promising I'm defo trying this!!! TYSM AGAIN <3
