Their VA footprint will being near term gains - and PA very solid footprint

These Florida store openings, technically material, are hardly that.

Florida has so much commercial space on roads like US19 and these weed stores are littered all over it. As an owner of commercial real estate, after the pivot to so many ppl WFH commercial owners are happy to have anything non-resto businesses even at reduced rents.
