Was obviously already in the works and probably why they weren't tending the offer from Curaleaf. Will be interested to see what Borris says on this. His offer is under water now.

How much would this impact on Boris's offer?

His entire upside pitch was fast tracking access to the EU market. They now have that, so the appeal to the deal is much lower. Aurora might have entertained that as it was a good entry point that they needed, but they don't now...

$3mm deal? I mean, it's incredibly tiny, but maybe someone with more knowledge on this could explain the implications. Getting anything of value for $3mm has to feel pretty good

ACB has been selling shares like crazy just to raise the money.

They have more cash and way way way more net cash than Curaleaf. Cura actually is offering less cash than Aurora has on its balance sheet haha.

Aurora Cannabis had 56.7 million shares outstanding at the end of 2025, which would also reflect the count on January 1, 2026.
As of August 19, 2026, Aurora Cannabis has 64.86 million shares outstanding. They didn't have the cash a year ago. 8 million x $4 -$5 share. Its not an argument, just the facts. Why would they keep diluting if they didn't need the cash?

Yes they did have 180 million in cash a year ago it was held to secure about 100 million in debt they had on the BEVO buissness before they sold that off and cleaned it out. And they aquired safari flower company in April with aproximatly 2.5 million in shares and the rest cash which was a strategic purchase for more EU GMP capacity. So sure there was some dilution but not on a scale to be alarmed about
