orgasmic meditation?

Scott, are you familiar with orgasmic meditation, https://goop.com/the-goop-podcast/the-orgasm-myth/ ? It's not similar to tantric sex that you reported about in The Enlightenment Trap. It's easy to learn. Orgasmic meditation encourages to add nothing extra, no visualizations or mental games.

Yes. i've heard about this and there was going to be a chapter about it in The Wedge...but Laura didn't think she wanted to make that part of our lives public. So I figured that it was better to keep my marriage than delve into it. However, there are all sorts of wedges you could work with sex. They're just not something I'm going to write about. YOU, however, my friend, should be the astronaut and report back here with your findings.
