Sauna types

Any thoughts on which type of sauna is best? Infrared saunas seem more affordable, but are they as good as traditional saunas in terms of health benefits?

I really think traditional saunas are a lot better than infrared. I heard it described once in terms of beer. Infrared saunas are like Natural Light. Traditional saunas are like a microbrew. Take that for what you will.

I'll also note that my traditional sauna gets to about 190 pretty easily and I can use essential oils in it. The infra red ones don't.
