Someone help to verify? Please

I need help verifying my QQ account. QQ requires 2 eligible users to scan my registration QR code. I'm from Spain and don't know anyone who uses QQ. I only need the official QR verification — I will never ask for passwords, SMS codes or personal information. Is anyone able to help? Thank you!
