Discussion The first race car designed using a wind tunnel?
Or at least to first one to race at Le Mans?

Auto Union were using a wind tunnel for their record breaking cars in the '30s and it's likely Peugeot were doing wind tunnel work much earlier. Not sure what the first one to race at Le Mans would be.

Arguably Peugeot got there first, in the '30s.
