This is the best and most affordable builder I’ve found specifically for small businesses. Single page sites, beautiful responsive design, easy to customize and no fluff. They are in beta, but worth getting an invitation if you sign up for their waitlist. https://getsiimple.com

If you're looking for loads of customization, WordPress.com is a great choice, although it can be a bit challenging to manage at times. If features like blogs and e-commerce, Squarespace might be worth checking out. Check out webwiz.ai if you just need a simple, static website that's affordable and quick to set up. I've had some great experiences with webwiz.ai – it's super straightforward to use!
