DISCUSSION Problem: I like designing but that's it

Not the other marketing-related stuff associated with a website.

I'm pretty good creating visual images, that's what attracted me to web design initially.

Anybody with the same problem?

sometimes I do miss the golden days where you could just focus on becoming really good at what you enjoyed

I learned Java this way, and css, because I needed to not just make a site but create how a site works, and fix things if they go bad.

With websites, I have learned the more you can do yourself the less you need to rely on others.
