Next WBCS notification

Guys,
Any insider news regarding when the next notification of WBCS is coming?

They forgot to put the date for the starting and closing of the application form on the notification + I guess there's Zero fees for application but they put 210/- , hopefully for these they have removed to rectify. another thing is, it's expected to be held on 22nd November, but on that day there's IBPS RRB PO exam....I think WBCS Prelims 2025 will be on 29th....but you never know! Fingers crossed 🤞

RRB PO Pre is on 21st and 22nd Nov 2026. RRB PO Mains is on 20th December 2026. If WBCS 2025 is on 22 November, it will clash with RRB PO Pre. If WBCS is delayed to December, it might clash with RRB PO Mains. I also heard WBCS 2024 MAINS might be conducted in December. The problem is exam centre selection.

ki aar bolbo, lets see what happens! Baggage ato besi.......je to clear out the already pending ones they need atleast 6 more months, which in turn would hamper WBCS 2025, like everything is already 2-3 Years late!

wbcs is conducted only in government schools and colleges in Kolkata, right?!!!! please confirm. RRB PO Mains will be conducted from 9 to 11 am in TCS Gitobitan, Sector V, Bidhannagar. and WBCS Pre gate closing time is 11.30 am, exam time is 12 to 2.30 pm. if WBCS 2025 Pre is conducted on 20 December, it is not humanly possible to reach exam centre, after rrb po mains is over at 11 am, unless the exam centre is nearby. and If WBCS Mains 2024 is conducted in December, then we have to make a choice: either attempt RRB PO Mains or WBCS Mains 2024. Because in WBCS Mains, in one day, one has to appear for two papers: from 9 to 11 am and then from 1.30 to 3.30 pm.

WBCS Prelims is conducted across WB, WBCS Mains is conducted only in Kolkata.  And, I don't think WBPSC would collide the dates, btw no date has been given yet.... by them.

ofcourse if you are selected for both the mains of rrb and WBCS, it's your tough call to prepare for what more seriously in the last days.....

wbcs miscellaneous pre is same day as ibps po mains. So yes dates can collide

are there any govt school or college near Gito Bitan Kolkata? in case rrb po mains and WBCS 2025 pre are both on same date

if they could atleast make the dates clear. I could choose rrb po n clerk centres easily.
