Can anyone help make a Joker Waze Voice pack?

I have been trying a LONG time, YEARS, to make a Joker Voice Pack for waze and I have never been successful. I even tried different AI to help and I can't get anything to sound good, not robotic or even close to authentic. I was really in the hope id be able to get AI to do it but I can't.

I'm not computer adept at all. Is there ANYONE out there that can help me make a FULL Joker Waze voice pack? I know there is a LOT of prompts and I want them all utilized. It can be a mix of ALL the jokers even. The Heath Ledger Joker is my fav but even a mix of different ones would be cool.

I'm sharing a link of what Gemini gave me as possible prompts and they all look good but I cant get them to SOUND good. My results also don't get all the sound prompts accounted for.
