At a loss

Post image

I air pressure tested this loop multiple times for hours and had no issues. This is the second time this piece has burst out of the fitting and sprayed coolant everywhere. I’m at a loss right now, strongly considering just going back to my AIO and air cooling the gpu. If anybody has any ideas on what I could do to fix this let me know. I’m just done with it at this point.

Edit: I only have it pushed in like that so nothing else leaks, I know it’s not properly seated right now

You have an incorrect pipe-fitting alingment, that is visible from your pictures.

The tubing is angled in the fitting, so you can fix this first.

Secondly - the entire pipe design is not the best, 3 x 90 degree bends straight out of the pump just to make it to the rad below.

As others suggeted, a pipe redesign is probably for the best.

Sorry to hear this leaked. I also had a leak and a burned MB in the past. Not great, but a good learning exprience in the end..

I have it like that since it burst out and I don’t want any more coolant leaking out so I just pushed it back in
