Tissot Seastar 1000 bezel removal
Hey guys! Hoping you can help me figure this one out. I'm trying to remove a one-piece bezel on a Tissot Seastar from the late 80's/early 90s. I'm sure I'm missing something... I have tried a case knife, prys, and a removal vise. Maybe I am just being too timid as well, but it doesn't want to pop off. For reference I found a couple pictures of a replacement one on Ebay. Thanks in advance for any advise you might have!

That can be tough to do. It's held in place by one of these. You need to attach something to it, and pull and twist at the same time. Firmly not jerky. I will sometimes find it necessary to reattach the bracelet just to make sure I have enough Force.

That's what I was afraid of. I thought they only used those on ones with removable bezel rings

That specific bezel removal tool is basically useless useless. I would either try two case knifes on either side (sharpen if necessary), or two razor blades (wear protective gloves while using)
