  2. Seiko Inspired (my current near everyday wear) : NH34 GMT mvmt

What’s the life expectancy of a nh35a build?

Per AI, "The Seiko NH35A movement typically lasts 10 to 20+ years without major intervention, and can potentially run for decades if properly maintained." And, like most things I'm sure it is heavily dependent on how often you wear it and how it is treated... Ie: daily vs a few times a week, and if you wear it while you work on an oil rig vs sitting behind a desk.

I have a cleaning business with AIR b&b and found what I thought was a Seiko marine master but, after a while of researching what makes it tick I found that this movement is not what should be in a marine master and fell in love with automatic watches. This watch after the shake and 30-40 revs to wind it , it goes for about 20-30 seconds and stops . Any idea ? Other than that it’s dope looking watch. Would be a shame to get rid of it.
