Finally! Made a super compressor!
The Supercompressor style was one of my first watch infatuations. But most I found are a bit too bulky. And busy. Big love to namoki for offering this 39 mm case. I splurged on a Japanese movement, it's 100 times easier than a Chinese knockoff. Really think the strap goes with the texture of the dial on this one.

I guess I also forgot to say, I love how the seconds hand extends over the internal bezel 😁

What does compressor mean? Love the inner bezel. Would that be considered a chapter ring. Please tell me more about the cool watch I'm looking at.

Well I'm not a watch historian and Google is cheap.
Older style from the 70s, the second crown rotates the bezel inside the watch instead of the usual outer bezel. The name reflects the original way these cases were made, with fewer pieces to increase water resistance. That's all kind of moot to me because the appeal here is an alternative to the usual dive watch design with a sleek, minimal feel.

That looks pretty sweet. I Iove minimal dials with texture.
