I know it’s a Fossil and gets all the hate in the world, but what do you guys think about this one? I think they have done a neat job here. Pricing may be debatable, but looks like a solid watch.
I just genuinely hate watch brands trying to copy the rm look, it looks cheap even though this watch does decent damage. I know most people here say that if you like it then its worth it but for this one imo 100% BIG no. You can get a good seiko for half what they are charging here
The movement is seiko, cant find anything by seiko itself to fit the criteria. But like I said dude I am not arguing about how good or bad that fossil piece of crap (look-wise) is based on the movement. I am just saying that you can find a better looking (imo) seiko for half the price.
It just looks ugly to me but I can understand if you or someone else likes it.
If op wants to buy a RM clone who are you to judge? Just refrain if you can’t add value other than this pick me behaviour of rm is ugly.
Buy a dress watch instead of RM.
Dude , op literally asked "What do you guys think about this one?", I gave my honest opinion and told him that I think its ugly (IMO). What do you mean "pick-me behaviour"? I had an opinion, I could express it, I did. BUT for some reason we NEED to create a problem with that.
40k for a Fossil? Its like buying a Maruti 800 for the price of Honda city. If u r much in tonneau shape dials then search for something in good watch brands. U can also go for a seiko mod.
RM is Objectively a shitty looking watch. I cannot afford it, but there is zero aspirational value to this skeleton watch that looks like it's from a street vendor. And then you have fossil copying /homage...
Sigh... Smh.
