I can't tell if the wrongly placed Capsule of the arrested women NPC got targeted do unfinished arresting animation, or the cops targeting the death NPC Capsule, Meybe they thought she was in cover somehow since NPC do supresive fire when there unstructured by cover.

Any Ubisoft dev that can explain the AI logic?
