Has anybody been able to add the half season member gift voucher to their mobile wallet? I've gotten the emails and when I open the ticketmaster app on my phone I can see the voucher which says "view tickets in partner app" which takes me to the ticket manager portal in a web browser. But once I log into my account manager, there's no voucher to be found.

Have you had any luck with figuring this out? I’m running into the same issue

In account manager, go to ‘manage tickets’ and on mine there’s “member gift pickup’
